Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

Please note:

  • The slide ‘Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest’ has to be shown during your talk for at least 10 seconds
  • The use of your own laptop during the presentation is strictly prohibited.
  • Oral (abstract) presenters have 15 minutes to present their abstract (ten minutes for the talk and five minutes for a Q&A).
  • All Abstracts will be published in EJC: Paediatric Oncology: https://www.ejcped.com/

Steps authors/presenters should take

1. Please make sure your presentation slides are sent to prior September 17th, 2025.

OR

2. Bring your presentation to the technical and presentation desk (FOH – Front of House) at least 2 hours before your talk. Please use a USB stick for this purpose.

Poster Presentation

We’ve prepared a poster template you can use. The template is mandatory.

Posters will be:

    • Presented as a paper poster in the main auditorium Estrel Hotel Berlin
    • In addition,  a time slot of 90 minutes will be reserved in the scientific program for poster viewing only

Print service

Please note that all posters can be printed by the organizer. To make use of this service, please make sure your poster must be submitted electronically prior to Monday, August 25th ,2025 as pdf file only to .

Steps poster authors/presenters should take

  • Send us your poster in pdf format to the following e-mail: – Deadline: Monday, August 25th ,2025

OR

  • Bring a printed poster to the Symposium on Thursday, September 18th. The exact time of the poster walk will be: Friday September 19th,2025 / 10:00 – 11:30
